Is there an upfront cost?
No — there's no setup cost. You pay one monthly fee that covers the design and build of your website, then hosting, security, updates and ongoing improvements. Exact costs depend on your plan.
Do I own the website?
Your content, imagery, branding and domain are always yours. The website itself is built and managed by Weblit as part of your plan — if you ever leave, we'll work with you on a fair handover.
What happens if I cancel?
Your first 6 months are a minimum commitment — after that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice, which gives us time to hand your domain and content over cleanly. Want out sooner than that? We'll still cancel the plan, but your site comes down straight away rather than staying live through a handover we didn't have time for.
How many updates are included?
Every plan includes a monthly update allowance — small content changes, image swaps, detail updates. Larger pieces of work are scheduled and quoted clearly before anything starts.
Do you only build websites?
No — we also build web apps: booking systems, client portals, quoting and job tools, member areas and custom workflows. They run on the same model as our websites — built, hosted, secured and continuously improved — under the Bespoke plan. Apps start with a scoped discovery conversation rather than a free demo, since every one is different.
Do you manage domains and hosting?
Yes — both are included in every plan, not an add-on. Already have a domain? We'll connect it to your new site. Don't have one yet? We'll find and register one as part of your build.
Do you design logos or add custom animations?
Every plan includes a basic logo — a simple wordmark — if you don't already have one. Want a full brand identity with multiple concepts, or a bespoke animated brand device beyond what's built into your site by default? Those are scoped and quoted individually as add-ons, since the amount of work varies a lot from client to client.
